Really unique in this FMS-foundry is the high level of automation. Furan sand moulds are traditionally manufactured on hand moulding lines. Ferromatrix took the technology a step higher. As a result the internal logistic is mainly done by roller conveyors and cranes. This results in a production with an extreme high reliability and a garantueed through put.
